Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms, equipped with a small kitchenette, were convenient for families but could use a makeover. The on-site restaurant offered good food, though room amenities like a fridge were lacking. Parking was limited, and noise control was a downside during our visit.
The hotel is by the sea, offering lovely one bedroom suites with partial ocean views and large patios. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to great facilities and fairly clean accommodations upon arrival. The location, although furthest from the airport on the hotel strip, provides a beautifully maintained and relaxed vibe, easily walkable into the main 'strip' on the hotel zone, and close to downtown and the supermarket. The dining experience offers a variety of options, including fruit, eggs, pancakes, natural juices, waffles, yogurt, and more depending on the day.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with very good food and prices. I had a massive suite with an additional room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and two balconies. The only downside was that there weren't as many beds as advertised on the website. The service was excellent, with all staff being very friendly and attentive. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful sandy beach nearby and plenty of beach chairs. The dining experience was mixed, with rich food but mainly catered to American and Mexican tourists. Overall, a good value for money.
Staying at the hotel felt contradictory as the rooms had a great layout and two private patios, but being on the ground floor made it feel a bit enclosed with a view of the hotel's front parking lot. The service provided was exceptional, with a friendly and caring staff always going above and beyond, ensuring our comfort. The location was convenient, offering easy access to bus stations and beautiful surroundings, although the dining experience left something to be desired. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view of the pool area, beach, and sea. Although there were some minor cleaning issues, the little patio with a table and chairs was a nice touch. The service was friendly and very available, making my stay absolutely wonderful. The location was top-notch, being right on the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was good with buffet options, and the hotel facilities were enjoyable.
